The innovative spray nozzles from swepro offer a perfect combination of high-quality stainless steel and a patented surface finish . This ensures extremely smooth surfaces with roughness values of less than 0.01 μm - an indispensable advantage for applications where precision and durability are crucial.
The special processing minimizes material deposits and corrosion , extends the service life and guarantees a permanently precise spray pattern. Our low-pressure nozzles are fully functional from 1 bar and are designed for continuous operating temperatures of up to 90 °C .

Innovative sealing rings of the Pro series – easy installation and maximum safety
The Pro series from swepro sets new standards in the assembly of spray nozzles. Thanks to the innovative sealing ring , additional steps such as sealing with insulation tape or tightening with a wrench are no longer necessary. Simply "tightening" by hand is sufficient - this saves time and material and prevents insulation tape residues from creeping into production.
The Pro series sealing rings are available in two versions:
Red sealing ring: Universally applicable at temperatures up to 90 °C.
Blue sealing ring: Specially designed for the food industry, made from detectable material. If a sealing ring accidentally gets into production, it is detected by metal detectors and removed, thus avoiding recalls.
